The session was attended by people from the Quality, Logistics and Operations Departments. The course was developed in the Lean classroom that the company has set up for the development of the courses it gives to all its employees. During the training session in Lean Kata, theoretical and practical knowledge of the Lean Katamethodology was taught using the Lean Kata Trainer (LKT) video game as a training tool.
The students’ involvement was excellent and their final comments and opinions on the content of the session were very positive.
